Hypoallergenic formula for effective FES
ALFESS Connect gel gives optimal electrical conductivity between electrode and skin. The hypoallergenic formula suits sensitive skin and allows long FES treatment sessions without irritation. Apply a thin layer to the skin before placing the electrode — this ensures consistent conductivity and also reduces the risk of skin reactions during extended use. Wipe off after the session with a damp cloth.
The gel is particularly suited for drop foot rehabilitation and post-stroke physiotherapy with the ALFESS system. Using a purpose-designed contact gel also prolongs electrode pad life by improving electrical transfer without requiring extra pressure.
