Norway — Customs handling fee

An additional customs handling fee of 27,26 EUR (295 SEK) is automatically added at checkout for orders to Norway. Additional VAT and customs duties may apply at delivery.

Switzerland — Customs handling fee

An additional customs handling fee of 27,26 EUR (295 SEK) is automatically added at checkout for orders to Switzerland. Additional VAT and customs duties may apply at delivery.

EUR prices are converted daily from SEK and may fluctuate slightly with the exchange rate. The exact shipping cost for your order is always displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Companies

We primarily partner with Postnord as our carrier. In cases where items are shipped directly from central warehouse, supplier, or when other shipping methods are required, we may use other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and Schenker.

Available carriers may vary depending on destination country and product specifications.

Delivery Time & Packaging

Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days for domestic shipments. International deliveries typically take 2-10 business days depending on destination.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

From an environmental perspective, we recycle as many boxes as possible. This is part of our active environmental work to reduce climate impact. Products that may be considered sensitive are always shipped discreetly in neutral boxes/packaging.

Transport Responsibility & Damage

We are responsible for the item during transport from us to you. For returns to us, you as a customer are responsible for the goods.

In Case of Transport Damage or Incorrect Shipping

  • If the product is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported immediately to Spagat’s customer service
  • For us to claim damages against our carrier, we need to report transport damage within 1-3 days
  • If damage is visible, report this directly to the driver upon receipt
  • Always keep the packaging for the claim to be handled correctly

This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage, and it is therefore important that you unpack and verify that the product is flawless as soon as possible after receipt.

An incorrectly shipped product should be reported as soon as possible to Spagat. If a product is incorrectly shipped, damaged, or defective, we undertake to remedy the error free of charge.

Returns

Before making any return, you must contact us. We will provide you with return instructions. The item must be returned in unused, new condition with all original packaging intact.

Return Process

After receiving approval, package your item securely. As soon as the item returns to our warehouse and its condition is verified, the order will be refunded. Please note that we only accept returns of items in unused, new condition.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping method.

Uncollected Packages

We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred for uncollected packages. The shipment remains at the postal agent for a period that may vary by country, but is typically around 7 days, before being returned to us.
