Camp Scandinavia Aqtivo elbow orthosis — a seamless compression sleeve with an anatomically shaped silicone pad and an adjustable forearm strap, in AirQuick fabric that keeps the skin dry.
Compression with a strap where the pain is
The knit compresses the joint and the silicone pad spreads the pressure across the elbow rather than letting the fabric press on a single point. The separate elastic forearm strap is the part that matters in tennis elbow: it sits below the joint, over the muscle bellies, and you tighten it to take the pull off the tendon at the point where it attaches.
AirQuick fabric moves moisture to the outside and keeps the skin dry, and the seamless 3D knit has nothing to chafe through a training session. The sleeve is bilateral — the same one fits either arm.
