The handle has a thin rubber-like coating which provides a soft and firm grip. The handle shape also makes it suitable to hook over your arm. Convenient when you need both hands free, for example when paying at the grocery store. A wrist strap can be added if you would like to hang the cane around your wrist or hang it up.
