Eezyflow sleep collar — a soft collar in viscoelastic foam that softens with your body heat, frees the airways during sleep and can reduce snoring. It also doubles as a travel collar for flights, trains and the car.

A sleep position that frees the airways

The collar holds your head gently upward with the jaw pushed slightly forward and the mouth closed, which mimics the recovery position — freer airways and therefore less snoring. You also avoid waking up with a dry mouth. The cover is 100 % GOTS-certified organic cotton and the whole collar weighs only 180 grams.

The Eezyflow collar holds the head gently upward with the jaw slightly forward and the mouth closed. This sleeping position also gives freer airways and can reduce snoring — much like the recovery position.

You can also use the collar together with a mandibular splint or a nasal dilator. It works just as well lying down as sitting up.

The collar uses a viscoelastic foam (PUR) that returns to its original shape between uses. Your body heat at the same time softens the material, so the collar settles into your own contours. Press studs let you set it at different heights.

Because the foam is temperature-sensitive it feels firmer when it is cold and softer once it has warmed up, so give it a moment to reach room temperature in autumn and winter before you judge the fit.

How to use your collar

The collar can feel unfamiliar at first — shape it until it sits comfortably. It should not sit too loosely, and your chin should not slide down inside it.

• Do not fold or squash the collar
• The collar itself takes neither washing nor dry cleaning — wipe it carefully with a well-wrung cloth, and you can also air it
• The PUR material yellows in contact with UV light and oxygen, which does not affect how it works — store the collar with the cover on or in the storage bag
• Wash covers and storage bag at 40 to 60 degrees and do not tumble dry
• The collar suits adults who can put it on and take it off themselves
• With less than 8 cm between the collarbone and the jawbone the standard size does not fit
