Reduces friction in four directions
The 4Direction draw sheet lies on top of a slide sheet, and the two together let you move the patient in any direction. Combining them makes the work lighter for the carer and more comfortable for the patient — a single sheet gives you one direction, two give you four.
Also suits partly dependent patients
The draw sheet can also be used by partly dependent patients who can use one or both legs to move themselves, either alone or with a carer. The sheet is normally placed from head to knee.
