The Etac Fix cutting board one-handed kitchen aid has a suction cup base that holds it securely in place on the worktop so it does not slide during use. A spike plate in one corner impales and holds vegetables, fruit or meat while you cut with the other hand. A clamp at the side grips a slice of bread for spreading or cutting without it moving. A corner guard stops food from falling off the board when it reaches the edge.
The board is dishwasher-safe and the stainless steel spikes and clamp can be removed for thorough cleaning. All fixings are rustproof.
