The F&P Swivel for Evora attaches between the CPAP hose and the Evora nasal pillow mask. The rotating joint lets you detach the mask quickly from the hose without unplugging the full hose from the machine, which is convenient for getting up during the night. It also allows the hose to follow your movements during sleep, reducing the pull on the mask. This is a Fisher & Paykel original replacement part.

A functioning swivel makes it easier to get in and out of the mask during the night and can extend the life of the mask seal by reducing mechanical strain.
