About Gula Rehab Handmaster Plus
Gula Rehab Handmaster Plus — a rubber ball with five finger rings for hand exercise that trains both the flexor (closing) and extensor (opening) muscles of the hand for balanced rehabilitation and grip strength training.
How the finger training ball works
Most hand training tools only train the flexor muscles — you squeeze something. The Handmaster Plus design combines a ball with five finger rings to train both the flexor and the extensor muscle groups. You squeeze the ball with your hand and at the same time pull your fingers outward against the rings’ resistance. This gives more balanced exercise and also stimulates blood and lymph circulation as well as the peripheral nerves in the hand.
