Disposable filters for clean CPAP air
The filter sits at the air inlet and holds back dust and pollen before the air reaches the motor and, after that, your airway. The medium is a mechanical fibre material with a filter efficiency of 35% (NaCl, 0.3 µm at 5.33 cm/s). Each filter measures 58 × 37 mm, and with twelve in the pack you have a year of monthly changes on the shelf.

When should you change the filter?
Change it every 30 days, or sooner if it discolours. A blocked filter makes the motor work harder and lets less air through, which you notice as reduced pressure before you notice the filter.
