An insulating sleeve for the tube
The cover slips over the CPAP tube and holds the air temperature between the machine and the mask. That is what stops condensation forming in the tube, which otherwise drips into the mask during the night. The blue fleece also keeps dust and wear off the tube, which makes the tube last longer.
