Mediroyal NRX short thumb orthosis — a black neoprene brace with a bendable aluminium stay and a Neptune lining that dries quickly, supporting the CMC joint at the base of the thumb.
Neoprene thumb brace with an aluminium stay
The neoprene core holds warmth and gives compression around the joint at the base of the thumb, and you bend the aluminium stay to the shape of your own hand for the right stabilisation. The inside is lined with Neptune material, which dries quickly and evens out the temperature so the brace stays comfortable through a long day. On the little-finger side the cut keeps the natural arch of the hand, and the wide hook-and-loop strap lets you adjust the tension with one hand.
