About Mediroyal SRX Knee Strap
Mediroyal SRX knee strap — a patellar band with a pad in 3 mm SRX material, with an anti-slip surface on the inside and hook-and-loop adjustment that holds it in place during activity.
Patellar band with a pad
You place the pad over the patellar tendon for directed support, and you set the hook-and-loop closure so the band sits firmly whatever you are doing. The anti-slip surface on the inside stops the band creeping while you run, jump or climb stairs. The 3 mm SRX material combines bamboo fibre, activated carbon and latex-free Lycra, which gives warmth, compression and a natural antibacterial effect.
