Mediroyal SRX Universal Tennis Elbow Band is a type of EPI brace designed to relieve pain from tennis elbow. The band has a fixed pelotte under the buckle that provides gentle support over the forearm muscles, helping to reduce strain on the elbow and thereby decrease pain and inflammation.

The band is made from 3 mm SRX material, providing a soft and comfortable feel while giving sufficient support to help relieve pain from tennis elbow. The inside of the band features Neptune material which provides a soft and comfortable feel against the skin while helping to absorb moisture and keep the skin dry and comfortable.

The band is adaptable to fit most adults. The velcro strap makes it easy to adjust as needed for optimal fit and comfort. Additionally, the elastic material provides dynamic compression, helping to keep the band in place during activities and movement.

SRX Material:

The innovative SRX material is manufactured with a unique combination of materials and technology to provide optimal performance and comfort. The three-dimensional textile on the upper side provides both compression and elasticity, offering support and freedom of movement simultaneously.

The core of the material consists of CR foam (Chloroprene Rubber) with closed microcells. This material provides a lightweight construction while being heat-insulating and not absorbing moisture. CR foam is commonly used in the manufacture of wetsuits among other things.

The Neptune material is laminated on the inside of the product, providing extra comfort and quick-drying properties.
