Mediroyal X-Back Low back support — a 26 cm lumbar belt with four rear pockets, two of them holding steel stays you can bend to the shape of your own back, and crossed side straps you tension one at a time.
Four rear pockets and bendable steel stays
The back panel carries four pockets. The two outer ones hold plastic stays that give the belt its basic stability. The two inner ones are open channels for steel stays, and those you bend by hand to follow the curve of your own lower back — which is what turns a general belt into one that fits you.
The crossed straps at the sides work independently and fasten at the front with hook-and-loop, so you can pull one side tighter than the other and adjust the tension through the day. Because everything closes at the front you can put the belt on and take it off while seated.
