About Medisox Hiking Ankle Wool Compression Sock
Medisox merino wool ankle compression sock — Hiking Ankle Wool is a short merino-wool compression sock with class 1 pressure of 18–21 mmHg that gives steadiness to the ankle and instep, with a knitted Y-heel and ÖKO-Tex yarns.
Short support sock with medical compression
The sock reaches to the ankle and provides graduated pressure that decreases upwards. The compression ends mid-foot, which counteracts mild swelling and tiredness. Merino wool breathes and also keeps the feet dry on long hikes. The sock has a knitted Y-heel and is completely free from creases.
The 18–21 mmHg pressure is medical class 1 and supports blood circulation in the foot and around the ankle. The wool regulates temperature and keeps the feet dry whatever the season. The sock has a flat toe seam that reduces the risk of chafing.
