Molift Linak BAL50 battery — a Li-Ion mobile patient hoist accessory with a washable design for hygiene that gives more than double the capacity and more than three times the service life of the older battery.
Li-Ion technology for mobile hoists
The Li-Ion cells give more than twice the capacity of the older packs and last more than three times as long, rated at 1 700 charge cycles. Fully charged, the pack manages 100 lifts at 75 kg per lift. Charging takes only 3.5 hours, and you charge it either on the hoist itself or in an external charger.
The housing carries an IPX6 rating, so it stands up to cleaning with a water jet as part of a hygiene routine. At 0.9 kg you lift the pack off the mast and slot a fresh one in with one hand, which matters when a lift is in use several times a day.
