The case is padded right through, which is what stands between the scooter and the knocks, scrapes and weather of a baggage hold. You fold the Atto, drop the case over it and pull — the scooter still rolls behind you on its own wheels with the steering column as the handle, so nothing has to be carried.
Reflective piping runs down the back and sides for visibility after dark. When you are not travelling, the case folds and clips onto the backrest so it rides along with the scooter rather than staying at home.
