Philips DreamWear Silicone Pillows cushion — a replacement cushion for your DreamWear nasal pillows mask during CPAP therapy for sleep apnoea. The silicone base rests softly under the nose with no gap, and only the outermost tips sit inside the nostrils. It comes in four sizes: S, M, M Wide and L.

The cushion is moulded in soft silicone that gives to the shape of your nose. The design keeps pressure points and red marks down, which makes the therapy easier to sleep through. You press the new cushion onto the mask frame without tools.

When should you replace the cushion?
If you find wear such as tears, discolouration or cracks, change the cushion straight away. Replacing it on a regular basis keeps the seal tight and the fit soft against the skin, and cuts down on air leaking past the edge. Check the silicone once a week for signs of wear. Many users keep a spare so there is always a fresh one ready. Hand-wash the cushion in mild detergent, rinse it and let it air-dry.
