Philips DreamWear Under the Nose nasal cushion — a soft silicone replacement cushion for your DreamWear nasal mask during CPAP therapy for sleep apnoea. It comes in four sizes: Small, Medium, Medium Wide and Large.
The part that seals against the skin
The cushion is the piece that sits under the nose and makes the seal against the skin. Because it rests below the nose rather than over the bridge, there is no pressure on the bridge and no red mark across it in the morning. When you find wear such as tears, discolouration or cracks, change it to keep the fit and stop the leak — replacing the cushion regularly also makes the mask itself last longer.
