Philips DreamWisp headgear — the original four-point headgear in soft polyurethane foam, nylon and spandex, in three sizes, replacing the strap that has stretched out of shape.
Four points that share the pull
The headgear holds the mask at four points rather than two, which spreads the tension and keeps the frame level instead of letting it drift to one side as the night goes on. The foam is soft polyurethane under a nylon and spandex face, so it stays comfortable over eight hours without printing a line into the skin.
It comes in Small, Standard and Large. Getting the size right matters more than it sounds: a headgear that is a size too big gets over-tightened to compensate, and that is what causes the pressure marks people blame on the mask.

When should you replace it?
How often depends on use. Replace the headgear when you find wear, tears, discolouration or other damage — and also when you notice you are pulling it tighter than you used to, which means the elastic has gone.
