RBP S120M Universal Lead-Acid Charger 24V 5A
RBP S120M lead-acid charger — a universal charger with an XLR connection to the scooter that charges your 24 V lead-acid battery safely and efficiently. It delivers 5 A, and automatic shut-off protects the battery from overcharging.
Charger with an XLR plug
You plug the charger into the XLR socket on the scooter and then into the wall — nothing more is needed. A built-in LED shows red while charging is running and green once the battery is full. The charger shuts itself off automatically at that point, which is what protects the lead-acid battery on your scooter from overcharging.
The input accepts 100 to 240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz and draws up to 3.5 A, so it also works in most countries. The output is 29.4 V at 5 A and the whole charger weighs 750 g. The XLR fitting matches most scooters from Golden, Drive and Pride among others.

Important before you charge
- The charger only suits scooters with a 24 V system — check your handbook if you are unsure
- Connect the charger to the scooter first, then to the wall socket. Unplug the wall socket first and the scooter afterwards
- Do not charge lithium batteries with this charger
- Do not leave the charger connected permanently. It shuts off when the scooter is fully charged but is not made for trickle charging
- If the scooter stands unused for a longer period, charge the batteries every second month
- Follow the scooter manufacturer’s advice on how and how often to charge
- Try not to drop the charger — the electronics are sensitive and hard knocks can break it
