RBP Smart Pump air pump and compressor — a portable tyre pump for bike, car, motorcycle and mobility scooter that charges over USB-C, has four automatic modes and shows the pressure in BAR, PSI, KPA or kg/cm².
Portable tyre pump for bike and car
The pump holds four preset pressures: car 2.5 BAR, motorcycle 2.15 BAR, bike 2.10 BAR and basketball 0.6 BAR. You pick a mode with one press and the pump stops by itself once it reaches the pressure. If you need something else you set your own value with the plus and minus buttons, and the pump remembers the unit you last chose.
For most mobility scooters the car mode at 2.5 BAR works well. The Smart Pump also has a built-in LED light you can switch on if you have to inflate a tyre in the dark.
A car tyre in eight minutes
With an air flow of 35 litres per minute the unit takes a car tyre (195/55/R16) from 0 to 2.5 BAR in about 8 minutes, and an 8-inch scooter tyre from 0 to 2.5 BAR in roughly 1.5 minutes. Maximum pressure is 150 PSI, and the pressure reading is accurate to 0.05 BAR.

The pump can get warm during long continuous use, so let it cool down between tyres. Do not leave the unit on USB charge permanently either, since overcharging can damage the lithium battery.
