ResMed AirFit P30i nasal pillow cushion – a replacement cushion with a dual-wall silicone pillow and a built-in QuietAir vent, in Small, Medium and Large.

A dual-wall pillow with QuietAir

The pillows carry a dual-wall design that forms a soft seal against the inside of the nostrils. That build keeps the pressure points down and lets you sleep in different positions without losing the seal. The QuietAir vent uses a diffuser that releases the exhaled air slowly, which makes the mask up to 80% quieter than the earlier models. You change the worn cushion by unclipping the old one and clicking the new one onto the frame.

Who is it for?

The cushion suits you who already have an AirFit P30i and need to replace worn pillows during obstructive sleep apnoea therapy. You can also use it with an AirFit N30i if you want to try pillows instead of a cradle — both masks share the same frame. If you find tears, discolouration, cracks or other damage on the cushion, discard it and fit a new one.
