ResMed HumidX humidifier F20 – a waterless humidifier for your AirMini that clips straight into the cushion of an F20 full face mask and uses the warmth and moisture of your own breath.
How the waterless humidifier works
ResMed drew the HumidX F20 specifically for the AirMini, its compact travel CPAP. The capsule is a heat and moisture exchanger (HME): it catches moisture and warmth as you breathe out and gives them back as you breathe in. You clip it into the mask cushion on the F20 without tools.
Each HumidX F20 lasts 30 days from the moment you open the packet, whatever number of nights you use it. With three capsules in the pack that covers up to three months. The capsule is small and light, so it takes almost no room when you travel with your CPAP.
Important: the HumidX F20 fits full face masks in the F20 series. If you use a nasal or a nasal pillow mask with your AirMini, take the HumidX Plus instead, which is made for those mask types.
