The Resmed QuietAir vent ring AirFit F40 full face mask is a replacement exhalation port for the AirFit F40 mask that disperses exhaled air in a diffused 360° pattern rather than directing the airflow at a single point. This reduces the noise of exhaled air and minimises the disturbance to bed partners during CPAP therapy. The vent ring fits into the standard AirFit F40 elbow and uses the same QuietAir technology found in other Resmed mask parts.
Replacing a worn vent ring also ensures the exhalation flow pattern remains as designed, which contributes to consistent therapy performance.
