About Timago Spiky Massage Ball
Timago Spiky massage ball – a nubbed ball that rolls under the foot or in the palm, where the nubs stimulate the circulation in hand and foot.
How the nubbed ball works
You roll the ball under the sole or between your palms and press as hard as feels right. The nubs work the skin and get the blood moving in the hand and the foot. The ball is small enough to hold in one hand and light enough to keep in a bag, so it works at home, at a desk or as a warm-up before training. Four sizes cover different hands and different amounts of pressure: pink 5 cm, blue 6 cm, yellow 7 cm and green 8 cm.
