Timago Nordic walking poles — a pair of black telescopic aluminium poles with cork grips, ergonomic wrist straps and interchangeable tips for tarmac and terrain, adjustable between 65 and 135 cm.

Poles with cork grips

The poles telescope and you set the length steplessly with a locking system that holds them steady whatever the ground. The cork grips absorb moisture and give a natural hold that does not slip, and the ergonomic wrist straps take load off the wrist on longer walks. Under the rubber foot sits a metal tip you use on slippery ground such as ice or mud.

Each pole weighs 299 g, or 325 g with the rubber foot fitted. Along with the two poles you get rubber feet for tarmac, pointed rubber tips and two snow baskets.
