Vitility universal parasol wheelchair — a black parasol with a UV coating on the inside and two bendable joints on the rod, for a wheelchair, a mobility scooter or a pram. It works as both sun shade and umbrella when you are out.

Universal parasol with UV protection

The parasol has a reinforced frame that stands up to wind and a silver UV coating on the inside that blocks the sun’s UV rays. The two bendable joints on the rod let you set the canopy at exactly the right angle whatever the position or direction of the sun. You fix it with the clip that comes with it, on the frame of the wheelchair, the mobility scooter or the pram, and the clamp takes tube diameters of 2.5 cm.

Open, the canopy measures 72 cm across and the whole parasol stands 78 cm tall. It folds down like an ordinary umbrella and a hook-and-loop strap holds the closed canopy together, so it takes little room on the back of the chair when the sun goes in.
