Night Shift chest strap — an accessory that moves the Night Shift sleep positioner from the neck to the chest, in a standard size up to 122 cm and an XXL for chests from 124 to 173 cm.

The same therapy, worn lower

The strap is light and adjustable and fastens around the chest instead of the throat. It is for you if the neck strap feels uncomfortable or works its way loose during the night — the positional therapy and the feedback when you roll onto your back work exactly the same way in either position.

One difference to be aware of: worn on the chest, the sleep reports lose the behavioural sleep and wake data, because the movement of the chest during breathing interferes with that measurement. Snoring levels are also measured differently and cannot be compared directly with neck-worn readings.
