ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet – an advanced APAP machine with automatic pressure adjustment and integrated CPAP humidifier for effective sleep apnea treatment. The machine automatically adjusts air pressure according to your breathing patterns during the night while also providing optimal comfort thanks to the heated ClimateLine tubing.
APAP Machine with Automatic Pressure Adjustment
The AirSense 11 automatically adjusts air pressure between 4 and 20 cm H₂O while you sleep. The built-in algorithm detects changes in your breathing patterns and therefore adjusts the pressure in real time – you always get the right treatment pressure without manual settings. The CPAP device also features an integrated “for her” algorithm that makes it particularly suitable for all users regardless of gender.
The Personal Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides interactive instructional videos, customised reminders and practical tips for optimal use. The Care Check-In feature regularly asks questions about your treatment experience and provides tailored recommendations. You can also use the Test Drive feature to gradually acclimatise to the treatment pressure at your own pace.

You receive the ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet with an integrated CPAP humidifier, ClimateLine heated air tubing, 65W power adapter, standard air filter, SD card and a practical travel bag. You also need a CPAP mask that suits you – see our range of nasal masks, full face masks and nasal pillow masks.
Replace filters regularly for optimal air quality. The machine has English as the default menu language.
