About ResMed Cushion AirFit N30i
ResMed AirFit N30i cushion – a clear silicone cradle cushion spare part that sits under the nose on the N30i nasal mask during CPAP therapy for sleep apnoea, in four sizes: Small, Small-Wide, Medium and Wide.
Silicone cradle cushion in four sizes
The cushion rests under the nose rather than over the bridge, so nothing presses against your eyes or forehead and you can wear glasses right up until you fall asleep. A soft lip seals against the skin under light pressure. You change it by clicking the old one off the frame and pressing the new one on, which takes seconds and needs no tools.

When should you replace it?
Replace the cushion once you see tears, discolouration, cracks or any other damage. A worn lip stops sealing evenly, and the leaks that follow are usually what wakes you rather than the pressure itself. Since the frame is shared, you can also switch to a P30i pillow cushion if you want to try another mask type.
