Tout savoir sur BungyPump Walking Poles Number One
BungyPump Walking Poles Number One — a pair of sprung training poles with 4 kg of resistance and 20 cm of spring travel that activate 90% of the muscles in your body during an ordinary walk. The poles suit everyday exercisers and you who need rehabilitation.
Sprung walking poles for efficient training
Research shows that the BungyPump suspension technology also activates 90% of the body’s muscles during a walk, compared to about 70% with regular Nordic poles. The 4 kg of resistance and 20 cm spring travel also turn each pole stride into a small strength rep, which therefore raises the heart rate without increasing impact on the knees.
You adjust the poles between 115 and 155 cm to fit your height, and the ergonomic grip with strap also keeps your hold secure during long walks.
