Balance training for the ankle and home use
You stand on the board with the yellow marker field under the centre of your feet and keep the rim from touching the floor. The rounded base also makes the board rock in all directions, which therefore activates the small stabiliser muscles in the ankle and calf. The yellow marker field gives you a visual reference to keep the centre of gravity right above the pivot point.
The board handles a max load of 140 kg and weighs 1 kg, so you can also pack it for the gym or carry it between rooms.
