Timago Nordic Walking Poles

Informazioni su Timago Nordic Walking Poles

Timago Nordic walking poles — a pair of black telescopic aluminium poles with cork grips, ergonomic wrist straps and interchangeable tips for tarmac and terrain, adjustable between 65 and 135 cm.

Poles with cork grips

The poles telescope and you set the length steplessly with a locking system that holds them steady whatever the ground. The cork grips absorb moisture and give a natural hold that does not slip, and the ergonomic wrist straps take load off the wrist on longer walks. Under the rubber foot sits a metal tip you use on slippery ground such as ice or mud.

Each pole weighs 299 g, or 325 g with the rubber foot fitted. Along with the two poles you get rubber feet for tarmac, pointed rubber tips and two snow baskets.

Benefits of these walking poles

• Light aluminium construction that stands up to daily use
• Cork grips that absorb moisture and hold steady
• Ergonomic wrist straps that take load off the wrist
• Telescopic height adjustment between 65 and 135 cm
• Metal tip under the rubber foot for slippery ground
• Supplied as a pair, at 299 g per pole

Who are the poles for?

The poles suit you who walk regularly and want to bring the upper body into the work while taking load off your knees and hips. They serve equally well for a daily round and for longer walks off the tarmac. See more walking poles in our range, or read about exercise on NHS.uk.
