Berry Pulse Oximeter with Bluetooth and App Support is an oxygen saturation meter that allows you to easily monitor your pulse and hemoglobin oxygen saturation levels (SpO2). The meter easily attaches to your finger and shortly provides information about blood oxygen saturation levels. It’s small, compact, and durable, making it easy to take along on trips. Even though the meter has app support, it functions completely independently without connectivity or phone.
Measuring resting heart rate and seeing how hard the heart works while we’re doing nothing tells us a lot about our health and general condition. A normal resting heart rate in adults ranges between 50-100 beats/minute. Blood oxygen saturation should be above 95%. For people over 70, the norm is considered to be between 94 and 98%.
