Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t received my invoice?

Svea manages all our payments and their invoices are sent by email. If you haven’t received your invoice, you can visit Svea’s website or download their app to view your invoice there.

How do I know if my order was successful?

When your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. If you haven’t received an email within 1-2 hours, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order if something is wrong?

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible either via email or phone, as we process orders quickly. We cannot make changes to orders that have already been packed.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes! We ship to 25 European countries:

My package hasn’t arrived?

Our delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Sweden: 1-3 business days
  • Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway): 2-5 business days
  • Central Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 3-7 business days
  • Other European countries: 5-10 business days

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, you can track it using the tracking number sent to you in the delivery confirmation email. Depending on your country, tracking is available through the carrier’s website (Postnord, DHL, UPS, etc.).

We use Svea as our payment solution. Available payment methods vary depending on your country:

In Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway), we also offer:

  • Direct bank payment
  • Swish (Sweden only)
  • Invoice
  • Installment payment
