Löwenstein Prisma Smart MAX is an AutoCPAP (also called APAP) machine that adjusts air pressure automatically through the night based on detected breathing needs, rather than a fixed pressure setting. This suits users whose pressure requirements vary from night to night. Built-in pressure relief on exhalation and a humidifier interface add comfort during nightly use.

The Prisma Smart MAX connects via Bluetooth to the Löwenstein prismaTS mobile app for nightly therapy tracking. Review AHI, mask leak and pressure graphs each morning. The machine covers a pressure range of 4–20 cm H₂O, suitable for most sleep apnoea prescriptions, and supports an optional heated tube for added comfort.
