About Pufz Baking Mat
Pufz baking mat – a grey silicone sheet with a printed grid in centimetres and circle guides, so you roll the dough to size and then slide it straight onto the oven tray without lifting.
A grid you roll to
The mat carries a printed centimetre grid along both edges, circle guides at Ø10, Ø20 and Ø30, and angle marks at 30, 45 and 60 degrees, which is what lets you roll the dough to the right size and shape. When it is ready you push the whole mat with the dough onto the baking tray — nothing gets lifted and nothing loses its shape.
