Breathcare III sleep apnoea machine with humidifier and heated tube
The YH-680B is an APAP machine whose algorithm adjusts the therapy pressure automatically between 4 and 20 cm H2O as your breathing changes through the night. The built-in humidifier holds 300 ml of water and gives you six humidity levels, so you avoid a dry nose and mouth in the morning.
The heated tube also removes the condensation that otherwise disturbs your breathing and causes a bubbling sound. You control every setting from the touchscreen, and the ramp function raises the pressure gradually over up to 60 minutes while you fall asleep. The machine runs in both CPAP and AutoSet mode, so your clinician can adapt the therapy to your needs.
Yuwell YN-03 nasal mask — ultralight and without forehead support
The kit includes the Yuwell YN-03 nasal mask, the latest nasal mask from Yuwell. It weighs only 64 grams and has no forehead support, which gives you a free line of sight and a comfortable night. Two silicone layers with a rebound cushion also reduce the pressure against your face.
The quick release makes the mask easy to take off without readjusting the straps. Because the YN-03 consists of only four parts, you take it apart quickly for cleaning. It comes in three sizes based on your nose width — see the table below for the measurements. If you already have another mask, you can use that one with this machine instead.
