Etac Contour Rheumatic Pen

Etac Contour Rheumatic Pen — Ergonomic Pen for Reduced Grip

Etac Contour rheumatic pen — a black ergonomic ballpoint pen with a softly rounded shape and thick barrel that gives a comfortable grip for users with reduced hand strength, arthritis or weak fingers.

Ergonomic ballpoint pen for reduced grip

The Contour pen was developed in collaboration with users who have rheumatism and has a softly rounded shape that fits comfortably in the hand. The thick barrel means you don’t need to squeeze the pen between thumb and finger — the pen rests in the hand and follows along as you write. Standard ballpoint refill inside, so you can replace the refill at the end of life instead of buying a new pen.

Benefits of the Etac Contour pen

• Softly rounded thick barrel for low-effort grip
• Developed with rheumatism users
• Black surface that hides daily marks
• Standard ballpoint refill inside — replace, don’t throw away
• Cap protects the tip in pocket or handbag
• Suitable for arthritis, weak fingers and reduced hand strength

Who does the pen suit?

The pen suits you who have arthritis or rheumatism and find a regular slim pen hard to grip, and you who want a comfortable pen for longer writing sessions at home or at work. Browse more health and rehabilitation aids in our range, or read about rheumatoid arthritis on NHS.uk.
