SELECTION® Multiopen is a medium-stability wrist orthosis offering a dual locking function for superior adjustment. The unique design allows it to be fully opened and then securely closed with Velcro fastening, while also being adjustable with the included lacing. Users have the flexibility to choose whether to fully open the orthosis at each application and removal or only utilize the lacing function.

The low cut in the hand is designed to follow the hand’s natural curves, with a special cutout around the thumb to enable free movement of the thenar muscles. The two-part lace locking, combined with the Velcro fastening, allows adjustment of the orthosis width, particularly useful for individuals with broader forearms.

Thanks to the lacing from the ulnar side, the risk of incorrect thumb placement is reduced. The orthosis also has an adjustable thumb strap originating from the volar side, enabling additional customization. The material’s construction allows fine-tuning of the shape with scissors for an optimal fit.

Made from the breathable and comfortable SELECTION® material, this orthosis combines high functionality with superior comfort. At 22 cm long, it is 4 cm longer than the SELECTION® Soft 35204 and includes a moldable aluminum splint on the volar side, which is also removable for additional customization.
