Über Carson MagnetMag Magnetic Magnifier 3x with 6x Spot
Carson MagnetMag magnetic magnifier — a compact magnifier with magnets in the handle, so it lives on the fridge door where you actually need it. 3x main lens with a 6x spot in crystal-clear acrylic, weighing 23 grams.
Magnets in the handle
The magnifier sticks to the fridge, a cupboard front or any other metal surface in the kitchen. That is the whole idea: the reason people cannot read the small print on a packet is rarely that they own no magnifier, it is that the magnifier is in a drawer in another room. Take it down, read the label, put it back.
The main lens gives 3x and a bifocal spot set into it gives 6x for the smallest print — the dosage line on a leaflet, the best-before date stamped into a lid. The acrylic is crystal-clear and light, and the whole thing is small enough for a pocket.
