Über Resmed Mask Frame AirFit F40
ResMed AirFit F40 mask frame – a latex-free full face mask spare part weighing 14 grams for CPAP treatment of sleep apnoea, which you replace yourself when the old frame shows wear.
When should you replace the frame?
Once you find tears, discolouration, cracks or other damage on the AirFit F40, discard the damaged part and fit a new one. The frame weighs only 14 grams and is free from latex, PVC, DEHP and phthalates. You need no tools for the change; you simply press the new frame into place. An intact frame holds the cushion at the right angle, and that angle is what decides whether the mask seals against your face.
Benefits of the frame
- Weighs only 14 grams, so you barely feel it on the mask
- Free from latex, PVC, DEHP and phthalates
- Polyester frame with a nylon and spandex fabric sleeve
- Replace it at home without tools
