Über Scanergo Door Anchor for Training Bands

Scanergo Door Anchor for Training Bands — a round door anchor plate from Scanergo that secures resistance training bands in a door frame — allows upper body resistance exercises to be performed at home without a gym machine.

Door anchor that secures resistance training bands in a door frame

The Scanergo Door Anchor for Training Bands is a round plate that fits over the top edge of a door and holds resistance training bands in position on the door frame. When the door is closed, the anchor is held in place by the door weight and the user can perform pulling and rowing movements against the band resistance. The anchor is compatible with standard resistance training bands including the Scanergo UNIBAND range.

A door anchor is one of the simplest ways to set up resistance training at home without wall fixtures, and it can be repositioned at different heights to vary the exercise angle.

Benefits

• Round door anchor holds resistance bands in a door frame
• Compatible with standard resistance training bands
• No wall fixtures needed — secure in any door
