Vitility Ergonomic Bread Knife with Angled Handle

Tietoa tuotteesta Vitility Ergonomic Bread Knife with Angled Handle

Vitility ergonomic bread knife – a bread knife with an angled handle and a stainless serrated blade. You avoid bending the wrist as you cut and press straight down through a thick non-slip grip.

An angled handle that spares the wrist

The grip sits at 90 degrees to the blade, so you take hold from above as though holding a pistol instead of twisting the wrist into an awkward position. The thick shaft asks nothing of your fingertips and suits you with stiff fingers or arthritis in the wrist. The handle is thermoplastic rubber over an ABS core, which is what stops it sliding when your hands are wet, and the blade is stainless steel that takes the dishwasher up to 65 degrees.

Benefits of the knife

• Angled handle — you do not bend the wrist as you cut
• Thick grip that asks nothing of fine motor control
• Non-slip TPR grip that does not slide out of the hand
• Stainless steel blade, dishwasher safe up to 65 °C
• Weighs 151 grams
