Over Classic Canes Flexible Rubber Tip Type J
Classic Canes flexible rubber tip Type J – a rubber ferrule with a joint that follows the angle of the ground, and it pushes onto the end of the cane without tools.
A joint that keeps the sole flat
The flexible joint lets the whole face of the rubber sole meet the ground even when you tilt the cane at each step. That gives a more even grip on tarmac, tiles and indoor floors than a stiff ferrule, which only touches with one edge. You pull the old tip off and press the new one on. Change it once the tread has worn smooth, so the grip stays.
Benefits of the flexible ferrule
- Built-in joint that follows the angle of the ground
- The whole face of the rubber sole meets the ground at each step
- More even grip on tarmac, tiles and indoor floors
- Changes without tools — pushes onto the end of the cane
- Three sizes: 16, 19 and 22 mm
Who is it for?
The tip suits you who want a steadier grip when the cane tilts on the walk, or who find that a stiff ferrule slips at an angled step. Measure the end of your cane and pick the matching size. Read about walking aids on the NHS, and see more cane tips and other cane accessories in our range.
