Gula Rehab Movin Sit Balance Cushion

Over Gula Rehab Movin Sit Balance Cushion

Gula Rehab Movin Sit balance cushion – a blue inflatable wedge cushion with nubs that works the core muscles and gives dynamic balance training at a desk job or in a school chair.

An inflatable wedge cushion

The Movin Sit wedge shape mimics the movement of an exercise ball but fits an ordinary chair or the floor. The inflatable body gives a slight instability that works the core while you sit still, which encourages a good sitting position and takes load off the lower back. You set the air pressure yourself to pick the level of stability — more air gives a softer rock, less air a steadier seat.

Benefits of the cushion

• Works the core muscles and encourages good posture
• Wedge shape gives a natural pelvic position when seated
• Adjustable air pressure for an individual level of stability
• An aid with lower back pain and sciatica
• Fits an office chair, a kitchen chair or the floor
• Non-slip nubbed surface that also gives a light foot massage

Who is it for?

The cushion suits you who sits a lot at a desk or in the car and wants to work the core without leaving the chair — with back pain, for instance. It measures 36 x 36 x 7 cm and takes a user weight of 120 kg. See more wedge cushions in our range.
