Over Medisox Graze Ergonomic Foot File Plate
Medisox Graze foot file plate – a black and white plate that lets you file your feet without bending down, with a raised rim that holds the foot in place while you work.
Filing with the plate on the floor
The shape lets you set the plate on the floor and move the foot back and forth in a natural motion, so you never have to reach down or twist into an awkward position. The filing surface in the middle takes off calluses and hard skin with even strokes, and its grain works through the hard layer step by step without cutting into the healthy skin underneath. Rinse the plate under running water after each session.
