Over Philips Pico Cushion
Philips Pico cushion — a clear silicone cushion with a full chamber shape that replaces the seal on the Philips Respironics Pico nasal mask during CPAP therapy. It comes in three sizes and you change it yourself when it wears.
Original silicone cushion for the Pico mask
The cushion is made to fit the Philips Respironics Pico nasal mask exactly, so the swap is straightforward and needs no tools. The full chamber shape sits around the nose rather than pressing on it, and the build stands up to daily use and washing. You press the cushion onto the mask frame when it is time to change.

When should you replace it?
How often depends on how you use it. If you find wear, tears, discolouration or any other damage, change the cushion straight away. Hand-wash it in mild detergent, rinse it thoroughly and let it air-dry. See more CPAP mask parts, or read about obstructive sleep apnoea on HSE.ie.
